Here is exactly what we handle, what stays with you, and what the planning deposit covers — so there are no surprises between today and your ceremony.

Services

  • Assistance with choosing the right destination and resort within the budget you set.
  • Assistance with arranging your wedding date and time at the chosen resort.
  • Advice on obtaining any applications or legal documents needed.
  • Group website (10 rooms minimum).
  • Negotiated room block at the chosen hotel (10 rooms minimum).
  • Travel arrangements for the couple (required).
  • Travel arrangements for all of your guests.
  • Travel documents emailed to every traveler.
  • Updated guest lists available to the couple at any time.
  • Complimentary upgrade to private transfers for the couple (from paid shared vehicle).

Couple's responsibilities

  • The couple works with the hotel directly to plan the wedding itself.
  • The couple obtains or files any necessary documentation.
  • The couple handles fees, documents, and deposits required for the ceremony.
  • All hotel room block and travel inquiries come to your specialist, not the hotel.

  • Recommendations for destinations and resorts come from personal experience and professional resources.
  • We only partner with hotels that exceed our expectations for weddings specifically.
  • Tropical resorts work on island time — please be patient with their response times.

Costs

$500 planning deposit

Non-refundable

  • Due within 7 days.
  • Applied toward the couple’s room balance at final payment.
  • The wedding date must be confirmed within 6 months of paying the deposit, or the deposit is forfeited.
